This is a joint event between The Welsh Contact Centre Forum & The South West Contact Centre Forum dedicated to HR personnel.

Throughout the day we will discuss:

  • The future needs of the HR function- What does the future look like?

Gail is one of the speakers. Her presentation is entitled “Influencing the Influencers”.

During her session Gail will help you recognise the leadership style of the key influencers in your organisation. This will enable you to know what to say to make the greatest impact and build better relationships. During the session you will have the opportunity to identify your key stakeholders and discuss how best to influence them.

 

Registration is at 9.00am, the Summit starts at 9.30am and closes at 4.30pm.
